HJ LeBoeuf & Son Inc. has been a family-owned-and-operated general contracting firm and custom home builder since 1888. Norman LeBoeuf is the owner and president of the company.

HISTORY
In 1888 Norman’s great-grandfather, C.L. LeBoeuf set up his general contracting company in Vergennes. C.L.’s son, John, took over the family business following C.L.’s retirement. John’s son, Howard Senior, then took ownership of the company and officially named it HJ LeBoeuf & Son inc.
It was in 1965 that Howard Junior, Norman’s father, incorporated the business. Since retired, Howard Junior has left the family business run by his sons, Norman and Lee.
About Norman
Norman LeBoeuf, great, great grandson of the founder, C. L. LeBoeuf, has been president of the company for close to 40 years. Norm “grew up” in the construction business and his formal educational background includes architecture, construction science, and engineering. Norman has a special talent for design, and is personally involved in every design project, and in every aspect of the company.
Norman now lives in New Haven, Vermont. He continues to run the company and carry on the legacy of design-build excellence. His great-great-grandfather began over one century ago. As the owner, president, and designer, he takes an active role in every business aspect.
About Paula
Paula has been with HJ LeBoeuf & Son since 1993. As our Office Manager her varied abilities are an asset in the smooth operation of the business.
About Tyler
Tyler has been with H. J. LeBoeuf & Son since 2002. With a degree in Architectural Engineering Technology, Tyler's Auto CAD experience has been a valuable asset to the company.
